He advises on industry specific regulatory compliance and operational matters.  He has negotiated and documented M&A transactions, key project agreements in the oil & gas sector upstream, LNG terminals, Power Project (gas supplies), international pipelines (operation and capacity sharing), Refining terminals, joint venture agreements and management (Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, CCS and Mining sectors) and sponsor joint venture financing. He has recently completed advisory work in the contract mining services sector and the Precious Metals Refining sector.   Gary works with his clients at board level and with senior executive management to review governance, compliance matters, manage and complete transactions and support inhouse legal teams to deliver projects. He has worked with clients on direct private foreign investments and projects in more than 20 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Western Africa.
